I wore this to do some antiquing earlier this week. We didn't realize until recently that one of the towns a mere 20 minutes from us has some serious antiquing. Like...there's 9 shops there. NINE. It's insane and we spent a very happy afternoon perusing old junk, coffee in hand. And we will definitely be going back.

Be The Way I Want To Go

I wore this yesterday in glorious 70 degree weather. Spring is here and I couldn't be happier.

I know I'm not the only one, but spring has me in full on cleaning and organizing mode. When we moved last fall, a lot of things just sort of got put in one spot...and 6 months later, they're still there. We've been working on remedying that the last few days, as well as tackling projects around our fixer-upper that have been sitting all winter. Like taking down the fan that's in the corner of our living room. Yep. In the corner (we have no idea).

Books vs. Movies

Styling this top up again. I basically want to live in this tunic, so you`re really quite lucky you`re not seeing it more often.

J and I went to see Divergent last night. Since I loved the book, I wasn`t too sure I wanted to see the movie. I have this thing where I get disappointed when the movie is different than how the book was in my head. Unrealistic, but true. But, I am happy to say that Divergent the movie held up pretty well. Not perfect, but also not ridiculously disappointing.

There's a reason I don't usually post outfits every single day. It's the simple fact that sometimes I'm just too busy living life. But, in the spirit of keeping up with the remix, I decided to employ a few mirror selfies. :-)

It has been a weird, weird weather week around here.  After the subzero temps finally quit, it warmed up. A lot. And then it rained for 2 days.  Hence all the mud in these photos.  It's been an odd January to dress for with the bi-polar weather, but we make it work.  I also know this is totally normal for mid-Michigan, but I'm used to the snow and cold staying around once it arrives.  50 degrees in January kind of blows my mind.
