January in Review

January was cold and snowy, but overall, not a bad start to 2014. Here`s how it went down.

It feels weird to have only bought 3 things and still have spent much more than usual. I didn't do much thrifting this month since the roads were a mess all month long; extra trips out were a no-go. We did make it to the huge outlet mall during our trip to Frankenmuth where I hit up the Gap Factory store. I will definitely be going back, the prices were amazing!

Reading:

Arms Wide Open: A Midwife's Journey - Such an interesting read. I picked this one up on a whim while browsing the library.
Edenbrooke - Adorable. A tad cheesy at times, but overall, a great read. I devoured it in two days.
Ender's Game - I didn`t think I would like this, but I surprised myself. So thought provoking, I can`t wait to see the movie.
