Like everyone else, I'm all about fall weather.  We usually only get a few weeks of it here in Michigan though...it generally goes straight from summer to winter.  I therefore like to trot out my boots and cardis a little early just to give them some wear.  I bought these particular boots in the worst of the July heat and couldn't wait to wear them. :-)

Do you guys ever use actions in Photoshop?  I had no idea such things even existed until last week when Lisa blogged about it.  I've been using The Pioneer Woman's actions on my photos lately and totally loving the effect.  These ones have the "boost" action on them.  I have Photoshop Elements and PW has a version for that too!  It takes a bit of extra work to get them installed but it was so worth it.

  1. Fall weather is absolutely perfect! And this outfit seriously has me wishing for cardigans and boots - too bad it's 100 degrees here today! I love that pretty rust colored cardigan over the top of the dress. It has a sweet country vibe to it. Adorable outfit, Faith! Definitely link up for Thrifter Thursday today - because those boots are perfection!

  2. I am loving your dress paired with that rust colored cardi and those cute boots! I live in Ohio, so I know what you mean about going from summer to winter.

    1. Thank you! The midwest needs to get on board with the rest of the country and give us more fall! ;-)
