Grandma's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili

Makes 8 servings

1 can black bean soup (I usually just use black beans)
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 can vegetarian baked beans (any old baked beans will do if you're not picky)
1 can chopped tomatoes in puree
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
Directions
- In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Cook on high for at least 2 hours.
I love vegetarian chili.. i've never tried making it in the slow cooker before.. looks amazing!
