30 for 30: 18, 19, and 20: Maine Vacation Style

So I actually did manage to get in some 30 for 30 outfits during our vacation.  3 of the 4 days, as a matter of fact.  I brought other clothes, but the 30 for 30 items won out.  I am a creature of habit.

Day 1: Outfit #18

Earrings: Claire's

Terrible picture, I know.  We spent the day driving, and caught a late dinner, and by the time we were done, realized we hadn't taken a picture.  But here it is.  This is what I wore during our 8 hour car trip on Saturday.

Day 2: Outfit #19

Tank: Old Navy

Cardigan: Old Navy

Shorts: JC Penney

Shoes: Kohl's

Yep, we went to the beach on Sunday.  It was a humid overcast day, but still great to spend some time on the coast.  We spent the morning there, and then went to see a few lighthouses in the afternoon.  I also stuffed myself full of fresh seafood this day. Nom.

Day 3: Outfit #20

Shorts: Thrifted

Shoes: Kohl's

Hat: Gift

Monday we went to a huge outlet mall.  This is where I have a confession to make: I broke my shopping ban. :(  For this I am sorry, but I didn't anticipate going to an outlet mall on vacation.  With already cheap prices, and the 40% off sales that were going on this weekend, I couldn't pass it up.  Oh well.

Later that afternoon, we saw another lighthouse, where we snapped this picture.

On the drive home on Tuesday, I wore a tee I picked up at the outlet mall, jeans, and some ballet flats I also picked up there.  Comfort is the order of the day during car travel for me.

At the end of the day, we had a lovely vacation.  It was short, and we squeezed a lot into a few days, but I'm so glad we went.
