This Week's Eats {1.19.15}

I thought it would be fun to start posting our weekly meal plan. Menu planning is a big part of my week. It saves me so much time and frustration, not to mention money. I make a list based off my menu, and only buy what I need.

We're all about easy, healthy, comfort food. I'm a very no-fuss cook. If you want a three course meal, you should probably eat somewhere else. Here's what we're eating this week.

unfortunately, we're not eating caramel corn this week
Monday: Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Tuesday: Pasta Primavera (I'll be lightening this up a bit by subbing in greek yogurt and milk)

Wednesday: Thai Meatballs and Rice

Thursday: Tomato Soup and Grilled Ham and Cheese (I generally hate tomato soup, but this is delicious)

Friday: Fall Detox Salad and Pizza
