May in Review

How is it already June?! Here's how May went down:

maybuys
Bag Sale Chambray Top; Stitch Fix Tanks; The Mitten State Tee
Bag Sale Plaid and Jeans; Stitch Fix Colored Denim
Total: $201.75

I hate that number, but I love the stuff I added to my closet this month. I'm also glad I got one more Stitch Fix in before the summer (here's my breakdown of this fix). June signals the start of a season of less income for us, so it's thrift store shopping for me the next few months! After I finish the shopping ban, of course (11 more days!).

Reading:

May was mindless novel month.
  • Shopaholic Takes Manhattan and Shopaholic Ties the Knot - I read both of these while we were on vacation. Perfect mindless reading.
  • The Rosie Project - This was so cute! I wasn't sure about it, but ended up really enjoying it.
  • Someday, Someday, Maybe - If you loved Gilmore Girls, you'll love this. Lauren Graham is a great author and her wonderful sense of humor shines through.
How was your May?

  1. You scored some amazing deals on those $0.25 items! And hey, as long as you love the items you bought, no need to feel bad about them (although I say the exact same thing every month! hahahaha)
