This warm weather has me motivated to try new things. Last week: sourdough. I took the easy way and ordered myself a starter

rather than starting one from scratch (on the suggestion of more experienced bakers). I made bread with it yesterday and ohmygoodness so good. It`s been a loooong time since I`ve made bread totally from scratch (see: without the bread machine) and it is heavenly. It`s time consuming, but so rewarding.
This week, we clean. (like, really clean)
