Thrifted Top ($2) and Skort ($3); Walmart Sandals ($10)
So I have a secret. This is a skort. BUT it's a really cute skort. The pictures don't really do it justice; it's nice and slim fitting and the buttons are super cute. Also: extremely comfortable. I got both the skort and this top on the same day at two different thrift stores and wore them to get my hair cut last week. I am thoroughly enjoying having my hair nice and short again. I got more layers cut in this time and although it's straight in these photos I've been putting a little mousse in it and letting it dry for some nice body.
Anyway...what's your opinion on the skort? Should it die or can it be done stylishly?

I think that shorts underneath a skirt are the best thing ever if you lack grace, as I do. The ones that look like weird shorts in the back but a skirt in the front can go away forever.
ReplyDeleteI love the buttons on yours!
I totally agree! As long as it actually looks like a skirt it's all good. :-)
DeleteI think it looks adorable. It's hard to find skorts these days even in the thrift stores. You look very comfortable and I like your haircut.
ReplyDeleteI love your sandals! Great price too!
