How to Dress Like Taylor Swift

This month I managed to participate in Copy Cat Friday AND stay within my 30 for 30.  Win. :-)  I copied this look I pinned recently of Taylor Swift.

I usually try not to wear out items in my 30 for 30 right away, but I couldn't pass this up.  I really like this look. Business on the top and girly on the bottom! :-)
