OTI: Basic

Sweater ($3) similar; Skirt ($3) similar; Shoes ($?) similar: Thrifted
Necklace: Gift from my husband (similar)

For today's challenge, we were asked to interpret this outfit.  I have very little in my closet that looks anything like that, so I went pretty basic: sweater + skirt + heels.  Done.

To answer yesterday's jacket vs. coat question, I consulted the all-knowing Google.  It seems no one really knows if there's a difference, but most agree that jacket = lighter weight/dressier, and coat = winter, heavy, warm.  It also seems to depend on what part of the country you're from.  So there you have it. :)

  3. Those colors looks SO good together! And I love your interpretation because it's such a great example of how it's not about copying the look but being inspired by it. You look fabulous!
