My husband and I leave tomorrow for our Christmas vacation which will last a week. I'm trying to be really conscious of what I pack, so I tried to stick with a grey color pallet with pops of pink and blue. Then I headed over to GCOGH and made some outfits. Here's what I'm packing:
3 sweaters/cardigans
2 dresses
1 pair of leggings, and 1 pair of jeans
1 layering tank
2 pairs of boots
3 scarves
and 3 hats!
I'm also packing a junky pair of shoes and a hooded sweatshirt just in case we decide to go ice skating or my brothers want me to do some sort of activity that involves being outside for hours at a time. I always need to have a few more 'practical' items when I visit my parents. They live on a farm, and I never know what kinds of activities I'll find myself doing!
I'll try really hard to get outfit photos while we're away, but I guarantee nothing. Family activities come before blogging, especially at Christmas. :)
Have a wonderful time, and Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI will face a similar packing dilemma in about a month as I make my way from the tundra of Kentucky to the sunny shores of Miami, FL. Seems like you have it down.

@Wendy, R.N. Thank you! This is the 4th such trip we've made in the last year, so I've had a lot of practice! ;-) Sticking to a color scheme really helps me.
