December 2011 Birchbox

Whew! It was a long time coming, but here it is! :)

1. I'm not a big fan of perfume, and this one is no exception.  I like it even less than the Twirl by Kate Spade I got last month.  This one smells musty and reminds me of something my Grandma would wear. Not a fan.
2. The lip gloss, I'm actually pretty impressed with.  I thought it would be way too bright for me, but I really like the way it looks on.  This is one I might actually consider buying.
3. I haven't tried this yet, but I'm definitely excited to.  I've played a bit with hair oils in the past, and they've all been way too heavy for my fine hair.  I'm always willing to try another though, especially if it will beat the frizzies. :)
4. This cleanser is kind of odd in that it's pretty much a liquid.  It's not the nice, thick paste that you usually expect from a face wash.  However, it definitely made my face feel clean, and I like that it's pretty natural.  I'll keep using it and see what I think.
5. {Bonus} I never use fashion tape.  If an article of clothing flops around, I probably won't buy it.  But we'll see...it might come in handy yet.
6. {Bonus} I'm thinking I'll give this a try towards the end of this coming week, right before we go on vacation.  We'll see if it 'give me a boost'. :)
