November 2011 Birchbox

Yay! My first Birchbox is finally here!  Here's what was inside:
From L to R: Thymus Eucalyptus and Kimono Rose Boday Lotion; Jouer Lip Enhancer; kate spade new york Twirl perfume; Zoya "Noel" Nail Polish; Alex and Isabelle Classic Hair Tie (on the bottom of the picture!)

I was excited to see this particular color nail polish this month since it's Diabetes Awareness Month and blue is the official color.  This is a bit of a greenish-blue, but it's still a nice color.  I already put it on my fingernails, and really like it!  It's a great polish with just a bit of holiday sparkle to it.

I also tried out the kate spade perfume.  I'm really not much of a perfume person; I have yet to find a scent that doesn't give me a headache, and this is no exception.  However, the smell is very nice.  It also has a bit of a holiday vibe to it, with a nice sweet, soft scent.

I'm definitely excited to try the other products!  I struggle with dry lips all winter, and I think the lip conditioner could help with that.  The Thymes body lotion should be great too; I find eucalyptus such a refreshing smell, so I'm excited to give this a try.

I'm not sure I'll really use the hair tie, since I just don't have enough hair to use it!  It's very cute though. :)

Did you get a Birchbox this month?  What was in it?  Link up your post in the comments if you wrote one about your Birchbox!

  1. Jealous.... would have loved the lip stuff, hair tie, lotion or perfume! I got the same nail color and I love it. I also got the eye makeup remover, a hair 'protein mist' {which is practically useless for me}, a chocolate candy {yummy} and a body scrumb. I didn't really like the eye makeup remover, the protein mist or the scrub. But I'll take nail polish, chocolate and free bracelet any day of the week! Glad to see you are exciting about BB! :)
