30 for 30 #23: The Day the Internet Died

Top, Skirt, and Belt: Thrifted
Shoes: Walmart
Necklace: Gramma's
Bracelet: Charlotte Russe

Today was a frustrating day.  I went to church this morning, just like any other Sunday.  I came home, and the internet wasn't working.  No worries, I thought.  This happens every once in a while, so I'll just hang on tight, and it'll come back to me.
I ate lunch, read a book for a while, and eventually fell asleep on the couch, waking up around 4.  I fully expected the internet to be working by then, but alas, I was wrong.  I watched a little more tv, had dinner, watched The Illusionist...all while waiting for the internet to come back.  By 8:30, I'd had enough.  I made the dreaded customer service call, expecting to either be on hold forever, or be confronted with some customer dis-service.  I was pleasantly surprised to be walked through some maneuvers with my modem and router, resulting in the return of my internet connection.  Now I just feel silly for not calling sooner.

In other news, I really like this belt.  It looks like a men's tie, but it's a belt. :)

That was my Sunday.  How was yours? :)
